汽车悬架用振动传感器数据采集系统设计

针对被动悬架在隔离车身振动过程中其振动抑制性能受限,传感器采集技术可以准确地将采集到的振动信号反馈至悬架减振系统,以提高悬架对路面不平的抑制效果.该文研制了一种集信号采集转换、传输于一体的悬架振动传感器数据采集系统,集放大、滤波、陷波等模拟电路于一体完成PCB设计对采集信号进行调理.并采用下位机芯片完成信号处理、数据可视化监测界面及中远程通信数据传输,最终在上位机完成信号补偿和分析处理.系统测试表明,该系统功能正常、运行稳定,满足悬架振动监测的要求,为汽车主动控制系统信号采集、处理和通信的实现提供了有效的设计方法.
Design of Vibrometer Data Acquisition System for Vehicle Suspension
In view of the limited vibration suppression performance of passive suspension in the process of isolating body vibration,sensor acquisition technology can accurately feedback the collected vibration signals to the suspension vibration reduction system,so as to improve the suppression effect of suspension on road roughness.In this paper,a data acquisition system of suspension vibration sensor is developed,which integrates signal acquisition,conversion and transmission,and integrates analog circuits such as amplification,filtering and notch to complete PCB design for signal conditioning.The lower computer chip is used to complete signal processing,data visual monitoring interface and medium and long distance communication data transmission,and finally the signal compensation and analysis process-ing are completed in the upper computer.The system test shows that the system functions normally,runs stably,meets the requirements of suspension vibration monitoring,and provides an effective design method for the realization of signal acquisition,processing and communication of vehicle active control system.
