摘要
针对新能源汽车在高温环境下易发生自燃问题,而危及人们生命财产安全,该文设计了一种新能源汽车防自燃智能救援系统.该系统以STM32为主控模块,利用传感器实时采集电池组温度,按照预设的阈值进行预警,且对于电池组核心部位的烟雾、火焰异常数据进行实时性监测.系统功能调试结果表明,该文设计的新能源汽车防自燃系统,能够实时、有效地监测汽车电池组的异常情况,同时,针对新能源汽车自燃情况能迅速报警,并启动灭火装置;系统设计以安全为首要考虑因素,为新能源汽车的自燃问题提供了新的技术支持.
Abstract
An intelligent rescue system against spontaneous combustion of new energy vehicle is designed to solve the problem of spontaneous combustion in high temperature environment,which endangers people's life and property.The system is controlled by STM32,which uses sensors to collect the temperature of the battery pack in real-time,warn and alarm according to the preset threshold,and monitors the abnormal data of smoke and flame at the core of the battery pack in real-time,and can reduce the occurrence of spontaneous combustion accidents caused by battery over-heating,overcharge,over-discharge and other conditions.The system debugging results show that the anti-spontaneous combustion system of new energy vehicles designed in this paper can monitor the abnormal conditions of the vehicle battery pack in real time and effectively,to ensure the stable operation of the battery pack and the normal progress of the charging and discharging process,and at the same time,it can quickly alarm and start the fire extinguishing device for the spontaneous combustion of new energy vehicles.The whole system takes safety as the primary consid-eration,providing new technical support for the spontaneous combustion problem of new energy vehicles.
