Abstract
The application of Internet of things(IoT)technology in agriculture has attracted widespread attention,bringing new opportunities for rural development.This paper outlines the basic concepts of IoT technology,analyzes the challenges faced by current agriculture,and explores various applications of IoT in agriculture,including sensor monitoring,smart agricultural equipment,and data analysis.Through these applications,IoT not only improves agricul-tural production efficiency but also enhances the living standards of rural residents.Finally,this paper summarizes the positive impact of IoT on rural development and emphasizes its future potential.
