化工厂智能安监巡检机器人的研发与应用

煤制甲醇化工厂气化车间在生产过程中存在高温高压、易燃易爆或者有毒气体,这些气体在工厂生产过程存在重大安全隐患,若气体泄漏后一段时间内未能得到及时处理,极易造成闪燃爆炸或者人员中毒事故,引起设备损坏或重大人员伤亡的恶性生产事件.为了保障生产安全,基于导航定位技术、非接触检测技术、模式识别技术、多传感融合技术、物联网技术等高新机器人技术理论,开发出化工厂智能安监巡检机器人,实现车间全天候、全方位、全自主智能巡检和监控,有效降低了人工巡检运维成本,增强了有毒有害气体泄漏巡检效率,充分保障化工厂生产安全和巡检人员人身安全,提高智能化工厂自动化智能化建设水平.
Development and Application of Intelligent Safety Inspection Robot in Chemical Plant
There are high temperature and high pressure,inflammable and explosive gases or toxic gases in the gasifi-cation workshop of coal-to-methanol chemical plant during the production process.These gases have major safety risks in the production process of the factory.If the gases are not dealt with in a timely manner within a period of time af-ter leakage,it is easy to cause flash explosion or human poisoning accidents,resulting in equipment damage or seri-ous casualties.In order to ensure production safety,based on high-tech robot technology theories such as navigation and positioning technology,non-contact detection technology,pattern recognition technology,multi-sensor fusion technol-ogy and Internet of things technology,intelligent safety supervision and inspection robots for chemical plants have been developed to realize all-weather,all-directional and fully autonomous intelligent inspection and monitoring of the workshop,effectively reducing the cost of manual inspection and operation and maintenance.Enhanced the inspection efficiency of toxic and harmful gas leakage,fully guaranteed the safety of chemical plant production and personal safety of inspection personnel,and improved the level of intelligent factory automation and intelligent construction.
