接触式钢卷中心位置检测技术误差分析与补偿

热轧钢卷生产中,需要检测到钢卷的中心位置,以便于钢卷打捆、喷码等工序的正常进行,由于热轧钢卷的生产环境恶劣,通常采用接触式测量技术检测钢卷的中心位置.分析了钢卷中心位置检测装置中触头组件的冲击变形引起的检测误差,为减小冲击,将原始触头组件改进为缓冲式触头组件;分析了由于钢卷外表面形状引起的检测误差,通过BP神经网络拟合出了误差补偿的解析式;分析了由于带钢收尾位置差异引起的检测误差,通过采用2组检测装置相结合的方式来判断触头的位置.通过上述研究,提出了相应的补偿方案,可有效提高接触式钢卷中心位置检测技术的检测精度.
Error Analysis and Compensation of Contact Type Steel Coil Center Position Detection Technology
In the production of hot rolled steel coil,it is necessary to detect the center position of steel coil,so as to facilitate the normal process of bundling and code spraying of steel coil.Because of the harsh production environ-ment of hot rolled steel coil,contact measurement technology is usually used to detect the center position of steel coil.The detection error caused by the impact deformation of the contact assembly in the detection device for the center position of steel coil is analyzed.In order to reduce the impact,the original contact assembly is improved into a buffer contact assembly.The detection error caused by the outer surface shape of steel coil is analyzed,and the analytical formula of error compensation is fitted by BP neural network.The detection error caused by the difference of the ending position of strip steel is analyzed,and the position of contact is judged by combining two groups of detection devices.Through the above research,the corresponding compensation scheme is put forward,which can effec-tively improve the detection accuracy of contact steel coil center position detection technology.
