Automation Control System of Automatic Identification Device for External Hidden Dangers in Distribution Lines
In order to improve the system stability and reduce the failure rate,this paper designs the automatic control system of the external hidden dangers automatic identification device based on multi-module architecture.The system adopts binocular camera module,integrates three CMOS sensors and three mode redundant fault-tolerant control to en-sure the reliability and fault tolerance of image acquisition.The control module implements dual-controller and dual-system hot backup technology to ensure control continuity.The data analysis module fuses the structure similarity index(SSIM)image evaluation with the YOLOv3 model to efficiently identify hidden dangers.The experimental re-sults show that the system exhibits excellent stability,fault tolerance and hidden dangers identification accuracy in the case of sensor and controller faults,and effectively improves the safety monitoring level of distribution lines.
