Tractor Power Shift Correction Strategy Based on Torque Prediction
In order to solve the problem of frequent gear shifting that tends to occur in gear-intensive tractors under load changes,a gear correction strategy that predicts the load torque and considers the driver's intention is proposed.Based on the simulation model jointly established by AMESim and Matlab/Simulink,two simulation schemes,the basic shift and the gear correction,are designed.The simulation results show that,the shift strategy corrected by the gear correction module reduces the frequency of shifting and avoids the shift cycle,reduces the tractor operation speed fluctuation,improves the tractor operation quality,reduces the fuel consumption,and improves fuel economy.
