Analysis and Optimization of Reading and Writing Timing for Industrial Moni-toring Data Communication
This article introduces the industrial data collection software platform KingIOServer and provides a detailed analysis of the communication read-write packet timing for industrial data collection from a communication perspec-tive.Regarding the communication issues of MODBUS messages in response mode,the packet reading timing,writing timing,read-write priority,equation conditions,time consumption composition,optimization direction are sorted and summarized.Parameters and conditional formulas related to packet reading and writing timing analysis are proposed from practical limitations,and suggestions for optimizing communication timing are given from multiple perspectives.In engineering applications,it has certain reference value for troubleshooting and locating communication problems and optimizing communication scenarios,and has strong practicality.
