摘要

消防通道是火灾紧急救援的生命通道,住宅小区消防通道被占用,导致救援不及时,会造成财产损失和人员伤亡.针对住宅小区消防通道被私家车占用问题,系统以STM32主控单元为核心,利用图像采集模块进行实时监控,采用语音合成模块对占用消防通道的违停车辆进行语音警告,通过基于模板匹配的字符识别算法进行车牌识别,利用WiFi模块连接物业云服务器,向车主远程手机端发送违停信息.通过硬件电路设计与算法调试,测试结果表明,基于STM32的住宅小区消防通道监管系统能够实现对违停车辆识别并预警,为有效解决占用消防通道的问题提供技术支持.

Abstract

Fire channel is the life channel of fire emergency rescue.The fire channel of residential area is occupied,which leads to the delay of rescue,property loss and casualties.The problem of the fire channel of residential district is occupied by private cars,the system takes STM32 main control unit as the core,acquisition module was applied for real-time monitoring,the voice synthesis module was implemented to warn the illegal parking vehicles occupying the fire channel,the license plate recognition is carried out by the character recognition algorithm based on template matching,and the WiFi module is used to connect the property cloud server and send the parking violation information to the remote mobile phone of the car owner.Through the hardware circuit design and algorithm debugging,the test re-sults show that the system of fire channel supervision based on STM32 can realize the identification and early warning of illegal parking vehicles,and provide technical support for effectively solving the problem of occupying fire channels.
