摘要

该文提出了基于HALCON机器视觉识别车牌并由PLC控制单巷道立体车库自动存取车的设计思路.首先由工业相机采集车牌号,通过上位机的HALCON软件处理图像后识别车牌;然后通过S7-1200 PLC控制系统实现移车机械传动机构在指定车位存车或取车,由SMART 1000 IE V3触摸屏监控车库画面并搭建试验系统实现的思路.测试结果表明,方案识别车牌精度高,运行稳定可靠,为智能车库停车系统的应用提供一定的参考价值.

Abstract

It provided that the idea of the license plate recognition based on HALCON machine vision,automatic stor-age and retrieval of vehicles in a single aisle three-dimensional garage controlled by PLC controller.First,the license plate number were collected by an industrial camera,and the image were processed by the HALCON software on the upper computer to recognized the license plate.Then the S7-1200 PLC control system was used to realize the me-chanical transmission mechanism to store or pick up the car in the designated parking space,and the SMART 1000 IE V3 touch screen monitor was used to monitored the garage screen and the test system was constructed.The test results showed that the scheme has high precision,stable and reliable operation.It provided some reference value for the application of intelligent garage parking system.
