基于TDLAS光谱检测原理的变压器油溶乙炔气体自动化监测技术

为判断变压器故障类型以及故障的严重程度,保障变压器安全稳定运行,该文提出基于TDLAS光谱检测原理的变压器油溶乙炔气体自动化监测技术.利用分布反馈式(DBF)激光器发射激光信号,通过锁相放大器完成波长调制提取二次谐波信号,经主控模块反演计算获取变压器油溶乙炔气体浓度监测结果并传输至上位机.实验结果显示,该技术的乙炔气体浓度监测精度高、稳定性好,变压器油溶乙炔气体浓度监测优势显著.
Automatic Monitoring Technology for Transformer Oil Soluble Acetylene Gas Based on TDLAS Spectral Detection Principle
To determine the type and severity of transformer faults and ensure safe and stable operation of transform-ers,an automatic monitoring technology for transformer oil soluble acetylene gas based on TDLAS spectral detection principle is proposed.Using a DBF(distributed feedback)laser to emit laser signals,wavelength modulation is com-pleted through a phase-locked amplifier to extract the second harmonic signal.The monitoring results of transformer oil soluble acetylene gas concentration are obtained through inversion calculation by the main control module and transmitted to the upper computer.The experimental results show that the technology has high accuracy and good stability in monitoring the concentration of acetylene gas,and has significant advantages in monitoring the concentra-tion of dissolved acetylene gas in transformer oil.
