Blockage Monitoring for Nuclear Power Plant Pressure Sensing Lines Based on the Noise Analysis Method
In order to effectively monitor the blockage of pressure sensing lines in nuclear power plants and to detect potential faults in time,it is proposed to use autoregressive modeling to analyze the sensor noise signals during the operation of nuclear power plants, and to carry out the power spectrum estimation and the response time calculation,so as to obtain the typical characteristic indexes that can respond to the blockage. The lumped parameter model of a typical pressure measurement system is established in Matlab, and the signal response under normal and blockage conditions is simulated to verify the noise analysis method. At the same time, simulation is used to analyze the im-pact of sensing line blockage on spectrum characteristics and response time, and the results are compared with an actual case.Through the experimental analysis, the reliability of the noise analysis method is preliminarily verified, and the characteristics of the spectral resonance peaks and response time changes in the blockage situation are ob-tained,and the relevant characteristics are basically consistent with those reported in the actual case, which establish-es the basis for the blockage monitoring of the pressure sensor pipeline in the nuclear power plant.
