雨量筒是一种用来测量降水量的简单而有效的装置.它通常成一个圆柱形,用于收集和记录降水量.以雨量筒为研究对象,该文提出一种非接触式液位检测的方法.以双向桥电路结构为基础,将发射的射频信号转换为便于分析的差分电压值;通过高速ADC将信号采集,在FPGA内对采集回来的差分电压值进行近一步数学转换,得到回波损耗值,并实现数据拟合供下一次测量使用.经过测试后,验证了采用射频信号对非接触式液位检测是可行有效的.同时该方法提高了液位检测安全性、检测效率以及检测精度,误差小于0.5mm,具备良好的工程应用价值.
A Non-contact Liquid Level Detection Method for Rain Gauges
The rain gauge is a simple and effective device used to measure precipitation.It is usually cylindrical in shape,used to collect and record precipitation.This paper proposes a non-contact liquid level detection method focus-ing on the rain gauge.Based on a bidirectional bridge circuit structure,the emitted radio frequency signal is convert-ed into electrical signals for analysis.The signal is collected through a high-speed ADC,and the acquired differential voltage values are further mathematically transformed within the FPGA to obtain return loss values for data fitting in subsequent measurements.After testing,it was verified that using radio frequency signals for non-contact liquid level detection is feasible and effective.This method enhances the safety,efficiency,and accuracy of liquid level detection,with an error rate less than 0.5 mm,demonstrating good engineering application value.
