In order to improve the displacement monitoring effect of large power equipment, this study focus on the design and research of a real-time automated monitoring system for large power equipment displacement based on multiple sensors.Firstly, collects displacement data using a line sensor and the principle of three ball intersection positioning. Then,it is processed using an amplification circuit and converted through an A/D module to obtain a digital signal that is transmitted to the microcontroller. Finally, the input digital signal is processed and controlled through a microcontroller module to achieve real-time automated monitoring of the displacement of large power e-quipment.The experimental results show that the system can achieve real-time automated monitoring of displacement of large power equipment, and the displacement measurement error does not exceed 0.3 mm,meeting the needs of power plants for real-time automated monitoring of equipment displacement.
