摘要

为实现对机箱内部风机状态的实时监测,设计了一种多通道风机状态实时监测系统.该系统以国产化单片机CKS32为核心,上位机采用LabVIEW作为开发平台,通过串口实现CKS32单片机与上位机的通讯,实现了对多路风机状态的实时监测.为了验证监测系统的可靠性和稳定性,对其进行了高低温实验,实验结果表明,该监测系统运行状态稳定,可实现对多路风机状态和供电电压的实时监测.

Abstract

For the real-time monitoring of wind turbine status on the entire machine,a multi-channel wind turbine sta-tus real-time monitoring system was designed.The system,with the domestically produced CKS32 microcontroller as its core and LabVIEW as the development platform for the upper computer,achieves real-time monitoring of multiple wind turbine statuses through serial communication between the CKS32 microcontroller and the upper computer.To verify the reliability and stability of the monitoring system,high and low-temperature experiments were conducted.The experimental results demonstrate the stable operation of the monitoring system,enabling real-time monitoring of multi-ple wind turbine statuses and supply voltage.
