为了提升调试验收效果,设计基于GOOSE技术的智能变电站继电保护调试验收系统.利用调试验收控制中心内的调试环境定制模块与调试脚本加载模块,定制继电保护装置的调试验收环境与方案.分布式信号发生器生成电压或电流数字信号,经转换放大输出模拟信号,通过合并单元作用于继电保护装置上,输出GOOSE跳闸信号.GOOSE通信模块解析信号并传输至光数据转换装置内,获取继电保护装置的开关量接点信号,由高速数字量输出卡传输至调试控制中心.利用DS证据理论信息融合方法,自动调试验收模块测试装置是否异常,最终生成调试验收报告.实验证明,该系统能有效完成不同智能变电站的继电保护调试验收,且通信效果较优.
Intelligent Substation Relay Protection Debugging and Acceptance System Based on GOOSE Technology
Design an intelligent substation relay protection debugging and acceptance system based on GOOSE tech-nology to improve the debugging and acceptance effect.The system customizes the debugging environment and script loading module,generates voltage or current digital signals through distributed signal generators,converts them into analog signals,and applies them to relay protection devices through merging units to output GOOSE trip signals.The GOOSE communication module parses the signal and transmits it to the optical data conversion device to obtain the switch contact signal of the relay,which is then transmitted to the debugging control center through the high-speed digital output card.Using the DS evidence theory information fusion method,automatically debug and accept the mod-ule to test whether the device is abnormal.Finally,generate a debugging acceptance report.Experimental results have shown that the system can effectively complete the relay protection debugging and acceptance of different intelligent substations,and the communication effect is relatively good.
