针对药品生产过程中重量检测不准确、效率低的问题,为实现对瓶装药品重量的实时监测与管理,设计了一种瓶装药品动态检重系统.系统总体框架包括3个模块:检重剔除模块通过称重传感器采集重量信号,并通过称重仪表处理成重量值;人机交互模块通过触摸屏界面监控检重数据,设置检重参数;执行控制模块通过PLC实现对系统中所有电机的启停、速度控制.该系统经运行测试,表明系统在0.6m/s~1.2m/s速度范围内,系统始终表现出较高的检重准确度和较低的误差,系统检测精度为±0.2 g,最大平均绝对误差为0.162 g,最大平均相对误差为1.16%.
Design of Dynamic Check-weighting System for Bottled Medicine
Aiming at the problem of inaccurate and low efficiency of weight detection in the process of medicine pro-duction,a dynamic check-weighing system for bottled medicine is designed in order to realise real-time monitoring and management of the weight of bottled medicine.The overall framework of the system includes three modules,the check-weighing rejection module collects the weight signal through the load cell and processes it into the weight val-ue through the weighing instrument,the human-computer interaction module monitors the check-weighing data and sets the check-weighing parameters through the touch screen interface,and the executive control module realises the start-stop and speed control of all the motors in the system through the PLC.The system has been tested in operation,showing that the system always exhibits high check-weighing accuracy and low error within the speed range of 0.6 m/s~1.2 m/s.The detection accuracy of the system is±0.2 g,with a maximum average absolute error of 0.162 g and a maximum average relative error of 1.16%.
