爆炸性粉尘沉积厚度检测技术研究

国内在工业安全领域有严格的安全规定,但对粉尘爆炸风险监控研究还处于起步阶段.以符合国家防爆规定的传感器硬件结构设计和用于长时间小增加量的称重传感器蠕变和其他影响因素的补偿算法为关键技术,通过设计两级相互隔离的DC-DC芯片变压电路,高精度AD转换电路配合称重传感器使用,推导AD值与被测质量关系公式,同时在软件上设计称重传感器蠕变和温度影响因素的补偿结合误差分离算法,最后设计出符合国家防爆要求,精度达到±0.1 mm的沉积粉尘厚度传感器.
Research on Measuring Technology of Explosive Dust Deposition Thickness
There are strict safety regulations in the field of industrial safety in China,but the research on monitoring the risk of non-coal dust explosion is still in its infancy.For the explosive dust deposition thickness sensor,the key technologies are the sensor hardware structure design that complies with national explosion-proof regulations and the compensation algorithm for long-term small-increase weighing sensor creep and other influencing factors.By designing a two-stage isolated DC-DC chip transformer circuit,a high-precision AD conversion circuit is used in conjunction with the weighing sensor,and calculate the measured quality through the AD value.The software is designed to com-pensate for the creep and temperature influencing factors of the weighing sensor,and the error separation algorithm is combined.Through the above methods,a sedimentary dust thickness sensor that meets the national explosion-proof re-quirements and has an accuracy of±0.1 mm is designed.
