基于无线传感技术的断路器故障自动化检测系统设计

在复杂场景下为实现对断路器状态的全面、实时、连续监测,设计基于无线传感技术的断路器故障自动化检测系统.利用无线传感技术采集断路器电流、电压、温度、振动等状态信息,通过精细复合多尺度散布熵算法提取断路器故障特征,依据历史断路器故障类型,构造断路器典型故障特征库;计算实际故障特征与典型故障特征间的相似度,完成断路器故障检测.实验结果证明,该系统可有效实时采集断路器的状态信息,信息传输完整,可有效提取断路器故障特征,精准自动化检测断路器故障.
Design of Automatic Circuit Breaker Fault Detection System Based on Wireless Sensing Technology
In order to realize comprehensive,real-time and continuous monitoring of circuit breaker status in complex scenes,an automatic detection system of circuit breaker fault based on wireless sensing technology is designed.The current,voltage,temperature,vibration and other state information of circuit breaker are collected by wireless sensing technology,and the fault characteristics of circuit breaker are extracted by fine composite multi-scale scattered entropy algorithm,and a typical fault characteristic library of circuit breaker is constructed according to historical fault types.Calculate the similarity between actual fault characteristics and typical fault characteristics,and complete the fault de-tection of circuit breaker.The experimental results show that the system can effectively collect the state information of circuit breakers in real-time,with complete information transmission,effectively extract the fault characteristics of circuit breakers,and accurately and automatically detect the faults of circuit breakers.
