Electromagnetic Compatibility Design and Experiment of Photosensitive Switching Sensors
In this study, the structure and circuit of the plight-sensitive switch sensors used in aircraft, ships, and other equitments are designed to address the issue of strong electromagnetic interference.Through the utilization of a dual shielded cavity structure and an"electro-optical-electro"signal isolation circuit, enhancements have been made to the electromagnetic compatibility characteristics of the sensor.Additionally, this study addresses the prevalent issue of electromagnetic interference resulting from power supply interruption in analog circuits, and employs RE 102 electro-magnetic compatibility testing for analysis, design, and rectification. The outcomes demonstrate that the optimized de-sign significantly improves the sensor's resistance to electromagnetic interference, enabling it to meet the electromag-netic compatibility requirements of the equipment. This study provides valuable insights and reference experiences for addressing electromagnetic compatibility challenges in similar sensors.
