Aggregation is only one aspect of the research paradigm of field law,and it is the exploration of the unique function of a particular field and the essence of things behind it that is the key to verifying the uniqueness of the field and preventing the generalization of the concept of the field.As a collection of specific social affairs,domain is the result of social function differentiation.These unique social functions give rise to a variety of field categories.Grasping the essence of things in the field is the objective requirement of the normative basis of the field,and obtaining the general recognition of the community in the field is the subjective requirement of the verification of the independence of the field.In the process of interaction between the field and the law,the law should respect the nature of things in the field and the inherent laws,while the concept of the rule of law can be injected into the field practice,to ensure the consistency and normality of the operation of affairs in the field.At the implementation level,the practical character of field law,which responds to the major needs of society,and the normative basis of following the nature of things can effectively cover the whole process of scientific legislation,strengthen law enforcement and fair justice in the practice of the rule of law in China.
