The greenization transformation of the legal system as a whole has become a clear trend in the development and improvement of legislation in the new era of Ecological Civilization in China,and the greenization of the Energy Law is also imperative.The greenization of the Energy Law is not only an external demand for the development of the times,but also an endogenous institutional demand.The greenization of the Energy Law should adhere to the heterogeneous thinking,synergistic thinking and systemic thinking.Heterogeneous thinking mainly solves the basic orientation problem of the greenization of the Energy Law,synergistic thinking mainly reflects the target orientation problem of the Energy Law,and systemic thinking mainly clarifies the legislative expression problem of the greenization of the Energy Law.The systematic expression of the greenization of the Energy Law should be reflected in different legislative levels,such as the parallel progress of diversified legislative purposes,the optimization of structural systems and the design of articulated norms.
