Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law comprehensively,systematically and scientifically answered a series of origin problems of the new era of China's rule of law construction,such as where to come from,where to go,how to go.It has profoundly clarified the political direction,fundamental position,professional rationality and the spirit of reform for comprehensively advancing the rule of law,and provides the fundamental guidance and action guide for the modernization of criminal procuratorial work in the new era.Compared with Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law,the criminal procuratorial work in the new era needs to be further improved in four aspects:adhering to the leadership of the Party,implementing the Party's mass line,applying professional thinking,and promoting the procuratorial reform.To promote the modernization of criminal procuratorial work,we must take the Chinese-style modernization as the paradigm,scientifically use of the position,viewpoint and method of Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law,from the"Chinese"and"modern"two dimensions,adhere to the Party's absolute leadership of criminal procuratorial work,comprehensive leadership,adhere to the mass line of criminal procuratorial work,adhere to optimize the spirit of professional thinking and socialist rule of law,adhere to reform with The Times,to better promote criminal procuratorial practice of Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law.
