智能技术的能力跃升对当前教育构成了现实风险.智能技术拉平了教育者和受教育者间的认知差距与学术积累差异,冲击了阶段提升的教育基础制度,但教育发展不平衡、资源不匹配等教育鸿沟并未缩小.智能技术对人才培养模式的影响巨大,受教育者获取知识的路径已转变,而课程体系设置面临与发展脱节的实际,教育法治对于受教育者的培养重心应随动调整.必须重视教育权力中心向技术资本转移的风险,高度重视认知权力的争夺,拓展智能技术在教育领域的应用监管.通过规则建构贯彻"以人为本"的教育理念,强化人的基础能力培养,适时调整建立智能应用等标准与相应治理体系,借鉴技术治理优秀理念,以规则优势引领发展优势.
The capabilities enhancement of intelligent technology poses a real risk to current education.Intelligent technology has leveled the cognitive gap and academic accumulation difference between educators and educatees,and impacted the basic educational system of stage promotion,but the educational gap such as uneven education development and resource mismatch has not been narrowed.Intelligent technology has a great impact on personnel training mode,the path of educatees to acquire knowledge has changed,and the setting of the curriculum system is facing the reality of disconnection with development,so the focus of education law for the educatees should be adjusted accordingly.More attention should be paid to the risk of transferring educational power center to technological capital,attach great importance to the competition of cognitive power,and expand the application supervision of intelligent technology in education.Implement the'people-oriented'education concept through the construction of rules,strengthen the cultivation of people's basic ability,timely adjust the establishment of intelligent application and other standards and corresponding governance systems,learn from the excellent concept of technical governance,and lead the development advantage with the advantages of rules.
