With the increasing complication of social relations in the era of the digital economy,the digitization of the objects of legal rights and regulation not only promotes the social practice of digital rule of law,but also calls for a systematic construction of the basic theories of digital science of law.Based on the rational logic of formal sciences and the calculus interaction of interdisciplinary integration,the application of mathematics within the three human substantive knowledge systems of successively develops the theoretical construction functions of philosophy that transcends time and space,diachronic philosophy of law,and synchronic jurisprudence,with the former one determining the realistic interaction of the latter two.The construction of philosophy of law in the methodology of law and social sciences constitutes an external knowledge integration outside science of law,while the construction of jurisprudence in the methodology of dogmatics of law constitutes an internal knowledge integration inside science of law.The legislative construction and executive interpretation of hierarchical normative systems in the light of jurisprudence and its corresponding methodology of dogmatics of law,have reconstructed the basic theories of digital science of law through the interaction of subjectivity theory and value theory,and consequently construct the normative system of digital science of law in the logic of the calculus between public and private law through the leading category of rights and basic norm of constitution in future legal practice.The imminent advent of technological singularity and the embryonic sprouting of the metaverse increasingly highlight the crisis of human subjectivity and legal values.The humanization of digital science of law and the legal realization of digital justice will improve the jurisprudence of the digital age through the leading category of digital rights,in the context of a philosophical renaissance of modern mathematics.
