The digital space-time of the digital society has generated information behavior,which brings digital risks,thus promoting the expansion of economic law space-time theory,behavior theory,and risk theory.In the digital society,the space-time view of economic law is digital space-time.The time of digital space-time has eternity,the space has the isomorphism of material space and virtual space,time and space are separable with the characteristics of digitization,sharing,contextualization,and constructiveness.The information behavior of economic law is an information action with information flow as the core element,and its subject elements are manifested as the behavioral subject having information characteristics,the platform becoming an important subject,while the phenomenon of no subject appearing;the elements of will of which have appeared as"lack of will"and"subjective weakening";the content elements of which are manifested as informatization activities,characterized by fluidity and richness.The digital risk in economic law is a type of"hypermodernity risk""digital empowerment risk",and"uncertainty risk".The regulation mechanism for it is social risk regulation,the regulatory subject for it is a diverse group of cooperative governance entities,and the regulatory method is a holistic regulatory model,with a focus on incorporating technology and ethics into the law.The above theory is based on digital logic and expands the theory of economic law,providing new theoretical support for"digital economic law".
