Crime governance is a comprehensive management system of social deviant behavior composed of four links:source prevention,diversion before prosecution,resolution in prosecution and governance after prosecution.To fully participate in crime governance according to law is the inevitable logic for the procuratorial organs to fulfill their duties stipulated by the Criminal Procedure Law,the concrete manifestation of the criminal procuratorial work fully performing their duties according to law,and the important aspect of"strengthening the legal supervision of the procuratorial organs",which is of great significance to promoting the modernization of criminal procuratorial work.Procuratorial advice is the necessary way to fully perform the duties of legal supervision,strengthen the legal supervision quality effect of important means,improve the effective carrier of legal supervision authority,cut into the crime governance system point and function is mainly reflected in the source of prevention,before shunt,v.dissolve,after governance four levels respectively play to remind,control,litigation,organizational system.On the one hand,we should rely on the function of judicial litigation,handle the case with high quality and efficiency,and properly resolve disputes;on the other hand,we should rely on the judicial litigation extension function,use the procuratorial suggestion to build a new pattern of co-construction,co-governance and sharing social governance.
