As a re-evolution way of super platform power,mini programs have dissolved people's original offline lifestyle and build a networked,digital,and intelligent life mode,but there are also legal risks hidden that cannot be neglected.Based on the integration of power resource and cross-border expansion of market force,super platforms have reshaped the structure of the digital application market,controlled citizens'digital lives through mini programs,and become a new type of"Digital Leviathan".In order to control this kind of complex super platform power,power balance,data restriction and market regulation paths should be adopted.Meanwhile,the"Gatekeeper"duties of platform internal governance,algorithm compliance,platform neutrality,and risk prevention should also be optimized.In this way,we can limit the abuse of platform power and prevent super platforms from acquiring power through mini programs,thus to create a safe and controllable order of digital market.
