On Public Interest Litigation System of State-owned Property Protection--From the Perspective of Constructing Civil Public Interest Litigation for the Protection of State-owned Property
With the rapid development of the economy and society,China's economy has achieved remarkable results,but the loss of state-owned property is also very serious.The amount involved in the case is shocking,often reaching hundreds of millions of yuan,but facing difficulties in recovering losses.The reason for the loss directly refers to the lack of relevant state-owned property protection systems and mechanisms.Although there are many paths for protecting state-owned property under current laws,they all have different limitations.Establishing a civil public interest litigation system for the protection of state-owned property by procuratorial organs at the legislative level can better improve the mechanism for protecting state-owned property.
