A Study on the Risk Prevention System of Data Security in the Era of AI
The arrival of the era of AI has stimulated the value and role of data resources,making it an important strategic resource.As a key element and basic guarantee of AI technology,data security faces many challenges in terms of data quality,data usage process,and data technology development.It is urgent to build a data security risk prevention system in China from different levels such as data security early warning,government governance and supervision,digital social equity,and digital economic development,in response to the difficulties in data standardization,data openness,data flow,data supervision,and data talent in data security governance.As a key element and basic guarantee of AI technology,data security faces many challenges in terms of data quality,data usage process,and data technology development.It is urgent to address the difficulties in data security governance,such as data standardization,data openness,data flow,data supervision,and data talent.We need to build a data security risk prevention system in China from different levels such as data security early warning,government governance and supervision,digital social equity,and digital economic development.At the same time,we need to promote the construction of a data security risk prevention system by improving legislative protection,strengthening data security management measures,setting up a special data supervision department,formulating standards and norms for data openness and sharing,and creating a data security intelligent supervision platform to contribute to the national security path with Chinese characteristics.
