Exploration of the Agricultural Cooperation System in China's Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area
As the primary industry of national economy and people's livelihood,agricultural cooperation should become the foundation of cooperation in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area(GBA).Among them,the institutional goal of agricultural cooperation in the GBA is to promote the development of national agriculture from the perspective of the Bay Area's agricultural development.It should be based on the agricultural development of the Bay Area as the starting point and promote the development of national agriculture as the foothold."Hard law+soft law"is the institutional form of agricultural cooperation in the GBA,which must abide by"hard law"and innovate the development of"soft law."Agricultural product security,agricultural services,agricultural technology,and agricultural investment are the institutional contents of agricultural cooperation in the GBA,requiring categorized institutional design and coordinated arrangements.Studying the agricultural cooperation system that concerns national economy and people's livelihood in the GBA will provide useful institutional experience for the cooperative development of the GBA,contribute to building a strong agricultural country in accordance with the law,and promote the overall development of the country and the prosperity of the nation.
