Research on The Crime of The Disabled and Comprehensive mechanism of Prevention and Reducement
In recent years,China's cause for disabled persons has developed in an all-round way,and the majority of disabled people have continued to improve their sense of gain,happiness,and security.However,it cannot be ignored that crimes committed by disabled persons have also occurred frequently,showing the characteristics of prominent types of vicious crimes such as drug-related crimes,intentional homicide and intentional injury,and prominent group crime patterns.Looking into the reasons,crimes committed by disabled persons have common causes with other ordinary criminals,as well as unique social and individual reasons.We must start from society and individuals,adhere to systematic concepts,use dialectical thinking,and exert comprehensive forces in various aspects to effectively curb the crime situation of disabled persons.
