The game communication of the judges'discourse in Chinese criminal courtroom is characterized by phasing,compatibility and integrity.The judge organizes the prosecution and defense parties to conduct the discourse game in an orderly manner through discourse strategies such as controlling the topic,discourse rotation,question and answer sequence,prescriptive speech,restatement,repetition,interruption,presupposition,contrast and correction of discourse strategies to achieve the same,neutral and multiple goals of the game communication.Through the use of these discourse strategies,judges can effectively promote the realization of the whole discourse goal of the trial game,so as to build a harmonious criminal courtroom order.
