半胱天冬酶募集结构域(caspase activation and recruitment domain,CARD)蛋白家族是死亡结构域超家族的成员,是一类调节免疫应答、细胞凋亡和炎症的重要蛋白.近年来,已有研究表明CARD蛋白家族在缺血性卒中的发生、发展中起重要作用.在缺血性卒中后,缺血缺氧的环境激活CARD家族成员,激活下游NF-κB和MAPK信号通路,启动炎症级联反应,导致缺血性脑损伤.本文就CARD蛋白家族在缺血性卒中中的作用机制进行综述.
The caspase activation and recruitment domain(CARD)family is a member of the death domain super-family and is a class of pivotal proteins that regulate immune response,cell apoptosis,and inflammation.In recent years,studies have shown that the CARD family plays a crucial role in development and progression of ischemic stroke.After the onset of ischemic stroke,the environment of ischemia and hypoxia activates the members of the CARD family,thereby trig-gering the downstream NF-κB and MAPK signaling pathways,initiating inflammatory cascade reaction,and causing isch-emic brain injury.This article reviews the mechanism of action of the CARD family in ischemic stroke.
