摘要
不宁腿综合征(RLS)是一种常见的神经系统感觉运动障碍性疾病,其发病机制尚不明确,可能与神经精神疾病、营养代谢疾病、肾脏疾病及妊娠有关.本文报道1例特殊的RLS,该病例在诊断RLS之后出现了甲状腺功能亢进,并使得RLS症状加重.该报告目的是探讨甲亢导致RLS加重的发病机制,提高临床医师对RLS影响因素的认识.
Abstract
Restless legs syndrome(RLS)is a common sensory-motor disorder of the nervous system,and its mecha-nism remains unknown,which may be related to neuropsychiatric diseases,nutritional and metabolic diseases,kidney dis-eases,and pregnancy.We report a special case of RLS which was diagnosed prior to hyperthyroidism and experienced worsening of the RLS symptoms.We aim to discuss the mechanism of hyperthyroidism aggravating RLS,helping clinicians have a better understanding of the influencing factors for RLS.
