摘要
椎动脉优势发生率高,在正常人群、脑血管病人群均可见,为了探讨椎动脉优势与疾病发生的关系我们对椎动脉优势及与其相关疾病进行综述.通过知网、万方、生物科技、PubMed等检索"椎动脉优势"及相关文章,对其特点进行总结.椎动脉优势发生率高,尤其与基底动脉弯曲、动脉硬化狭窄、后循环缺血性疾病以及围椎基底动脉手术等存在一定相关性.椎动脉优势的评估具有重要临床价值,明确其发生原因及变化规律,对临床疾病预防、治疗意义重大.
Abstract
Vertebral artery dominance tends to have a high incidence rate and is observed in both the normal popu-lation and the population with cerebrovascular diseases.In order to investigate the association between vertebral artery dominance and the onset of diseases,this article reviews vertebral artery dominance and related diseases.Databases in-cluding CNKI,Wanfang Data,Biotechnology,and PubMed were searched with the key word of"vertebral artery domi-nance"to obtain related articles,and the features of vertebral artery dominance were summarized.Vertebral artery dominance has a high incidence rate and is associated with basal artery curvature,arteriosclerosis stenosis,posterior circulation ischemic diseases,and surgery around the vertebral basilar artery.The evaluation of vertebral artery domi-nance has an important clinical value,and clarifying its causes and changes is of great importance for the prevention and treatment of clinical diseases.
