摘要
随着人口老龄化程度的加剧与对神经精神疾病研究的加深,认知功能障碍已成为近年来神经科学研究领域的热点.成功建立并评估合适的动物模型是开展相关实验研究的关键.目前,鼠类模型因具有与人类基因水平高度同源、繁殖快、易获得等特点而被广泛应用于基础和药物研究中,本文就认知功能障碍鼠类模型的评价方法进行了系统总结与初步探讨,以期为研究者在相关模型评价方法的选择上提供一些指导和帮助.
Abstract
Objective With the aging of the population and the deepening of research on neuropsychiatric disor-ders,cognitive impairment has become a hot focus in the field of neuroscience in recent years.The successful establish-ment and evaluation of appropriate animal models are crucial for conducting experimental research.At present,rodent models have been widely used in basic and medicine research due to their high genetic homology with humans,fast repro-duction,and easy accessibility.This article provides a systematical summary and preliminary discussions about the evalu-ation methods for rodent cognitive impairment models,aiming to provide a reference for the selection of model evaluation methods.
