Reversible posterior leukoencephalopathy caused by blood transfusion:a clinical analysis of two cases
Reversible posterior leukoencephalopathy syndrome(RPLS)is a clinical syndrome mainly characterized by headache,epileptic seizure,disturbance of consciousness,mental abnormality,visual impairment,and focal neuro-logical impairment.This disease is mostly caused by malignant hypertension and the use of immunosuppressants,and the cases caused by blood transfusion are rare.This article reports on two cases of reversible posterior leukoencephalopathy syndrome caused by blood transfusion,providing a reference for diagnosis and treatment.
