阿尔茨海默病和2型糖尿病共同发病机制和干预措施的研究进展

摘要
阿尔茨海默病(AD)和2型糖尿病(T2DM)是两大困扰全球的慢性疾病问题,二者在氧化应激、糖脂代谢和胰岛素抵抗等方面有着很强的相关性.本文综述了AD和T2DM在发病机制和干预措施的相关研究成果,发现两者不仅在海马体萎缩,淀粉样蛋白沉积中有相似的过程,在氧化应激,糖脂代谢和胰岛素抵抗等方面也有共同交叉的分子机制.进一步对二者的干预措施进行比较,旨在为揭示相关机制和研发相关药物提供线索.
Abstract
Alzheimer disease(AD)and diabetes mellitus type 2(T2DM)are two major global chronic health is-sues,with strong association in oxidative stress,glucose and lipid metabolism,and insulin resistance.This article reviews the research advances in the pathogenesis and intervention of AD and T2DM.It has been found that the two diseases not only share similar processes in hippocampal atrophy and amyloid deposition,but also have common molecular mechanisms in oxidative stress,glucose and lipid metabolism,and insulin resistance.The intervention strategies for both conditions were compared to provide clues for revealing related mechanisms and developing related drugs.
