摘要
脑卒中是全球第二大死因,在中国,是导致死亡的主要原因之一.胰岛素抵抗(IR)与脑卒中发生及发展有着密切的关系,近年来提出了一个联合血脂和血糖的IR新指标,甘油三酯葡萄糖指数(TyG指数).目前,国内外越来越多的研究表明TyG指数在脑卒中的发生发展中占据很重要的位置.研究两者之间的内在关系对于脑卒中的早期预防、治疗及随访至关重要.
Abstract
Stroke is the second leading cause of death worldwide and is one of the leading causes of death in China.Insulin resistance(IR)is closely associated with the development and progression of stroke,and in recent years,triglyceride-glucose index(TyG index)has been proposed as a new indicator of IR,which combines blood lipids and blood glucose.At present,more and more studies in China and globally have shown that TyG index plays an important role in the development and progression of stroke,and it is of great importance to investigate the internal association between TyG in-dex and stroke,so as to achieve the early prevention,treatment,and follow-up of stroke.
