VEGF在脑出血中的调控机制及治疗作用

脑出血发生后,颅内血管破裂导致颅内压增高,脑血流量和灌注压降低。这些变化直接影响了的血管内氧气的供应,引发一系列难以恢复的脑损伤。血管生成已被证明可以改善脑出血的预后。血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)被认为是血管生成和血管形成的主要调节因子,可通过多途径参与脑出血病理过程的调控。它不但可以促进血管新生,介导新血管形成,改善脑出血区的氧气和营养供应,还可以减弱炎症反应、抑制细胞凋亡、上调营养因子、下调毒性蛋白,保护神经细胞。本研究旨在VEGF在脑出血病理过程中的调控机制以及VEGF在脑出血治疗中的作用进行了探讨。
Regulatory role and therapeutic effects of VEGF in intracerebral hemorrhage
In intracranial hemorrhage,the rupture of intracranial blood vessels results in elevated intracranial pres-sure and reduced cerebral blood flow and perfusion pressure,which directly impact blood oxygen supply to cause a series of brain injuries that are hard to recover.Angiogenesis has been demonstrated favorable for the prognosis of cerebral hem-orrhage.Vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)is regarded as a main regulator of angiogenesis and vasculogenesis,which can regulate the pathological mechanism of cerebral hemorrhage through multiple pathways.It can not only facilitate and mediate the formation of new blood vessels to enhance oxygen and nutrient supply in bleeding areas,but also protect neural cells through alleviating inflammation,inhibiting cell apoptosis,up-regulating trophic factors,and down-regulating toxic proteins.This review focuses on the regulatory role of VEGF in the pathological process of cerebral hemorrhage as well as its effects in the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage.
