基于Fluent软件的高压喷雾捕尘技术数值模拟与应用

为确定最优雾化参数,有效降低粉尘浓度,解决输煤系统粉尘浓度高的问题,以大唐钖林浩特矿业公司M102驱动间为研究对象,基于碰撞模型、破碎模型以及蒸发模型,运用Fluent软件研究不同雾化参数条件下的雾化压力、喷嘴口径以及除尘效率之间的耦合关系.结果表明:随着雾化压力的增大,雾滴粒径分布均匀性逐渐提高,同时雾滴速度明显增大,提高了粉尘颗粒的捕集概率;在实际应用中,雾化压力为8.5 MPa时最为合适,各粉尘测点降尘率都在90%以上.
Numerical Simulation of High-pressure Spray Coal Dust Capture Technology Based on Fluent Software and Its Application
In order to set optimal atomization parameters and effectively reduce the coal dust concentration,in coal handling workplace,taking the Datang Xilinhaote mineral company M102 drive room as an example,based on collision model,breakup model and evaporation model,coupling relationships between atomization pressure,nozzle diameter and dust removal efficiency with different spray parameters were simulated by using Fluent software.The simulation results show that increase of pressure can appropriately improve uniformity diameter distribution and velocity of particle,increases dust particles capture probability,and that when pressure is 8.5 MPa the best coal dust capture effect can be produced--the efficiency of dust falling at each measuring point is over 90%.
