Study on boundary of stable region for contractual supply of work safety service
Explorating boundary of stable region for contractual supply of work safety service is helpful in promoting stable corporation between enterprises and the work safety service organizations.A model was built for decision making on work safety service supply patterns based on theory of labor division.Specialization level and supply patterns of service in the model are analyzed to demonstrate that increasing revenues resulting from division of labor are fundamental reason and endogenous motivator of contractual supply of work safety service,that both trading efficiency of work safety service in the market and price ratio of middle-products determine the boundary of stable region for contractual supply of work safety service,and that in essence,the boundary is determined by equilibrium between investments and market trading expenses as well as that between exogenous transaction costs and endogenous transaction costs.
