重大危险源动态智能监测监控大数据平台框架设计

为充分发挥安全生产监测监控大数据效应,开发重大危险源动态智能监测监控大数据平台.平台基于现有重大危险源分类分级、安全参数监测监控技术、信息采集与交互的数据标准、各级监管系统管理结构、信息共享系统框架与预警救援机制进行构建.平台主要涵盖危险化学品、非煤矿山及烟花爆竹3类重大危险源子系统,具备基础信息管理、动态监测、大数据分析及智能预警等功能.基于平台架构设计,构建省-市-县-企业四级监管体系,并提出人机协同的监控预警实施流程.结果表明,该平台可对安全生产海量数据进行采集与共享,通过大数据分析模型总结事故发生规律,最终实现对重大危险源的精细化管理.
Framework design of large data platform for monitoring and cotrolling major hazards dynamically and intelligently
To make the biggest advantage of large data effect on work safety monitoring,a platform of large data for dynamically and intelligently monitoring major hazard installations was established.The establishment of this platform was based on existing classification and grading of major hazard installations,monitoring technology of safety parameters,data standards of information collection and interaction,the management structure of monitoring systems at all levels,the frame of information share system and early warning and rescuing mechanism.Specifically,covering three types of major hazard installations (hazardous chemicals,non-coal mines and fireworks and firecrackers),the platform will perform functions,such as basic information management,dynamic monitoring,large data analysis and intelligent early warning.According to the architecture design of the platform,a regulatory system of province-city-county-enterprise four levels was build.Besides,a human-machine collaborative implementation process was established for monitoring and early warning.The results showed that,through the platform,the collection and sharing of mass data on work safety can be achieved,the law of accident happening rule can be explored by analyzing models of large data and precision management of major hazard installations can be realized.
