中国共产党的边疆话语植根于党对边疆问题的深刻认知与长期实践.在中国革命、社会主义建设、改革发展、迈向新时代国家治理的历史进程与实践中,边疆的含义、地位、功能和历史角色不断嬗变,党对边疆的认知也不断发展.随着时代语境和党自身理论与实践的发展、完善,党的边疆话语也愈加全面、立体,由原来的"革命宣传型话语"转变为"建设实践型话语""发展改革型话语""治理建构型话语",并通过不断的实践反馈和制度革新,引领理论创新.
Abstract
The borderland discourse of the Communist Party of China is rooted in the party's deep cognition and long-term practice of borderland issues.In the historical process and practice of China's revolution,socialist construction,reform and development,and national governance in the New Era,the meaning,status,function and historical role of the borderland have constantly changed,and the Party's cognition of the borderland has also continued to develop.With the development and improvement of the context of the times and the Party's own theory and practice,the Party's borderland discourse has become more comprehensive,from the original simple"revolutionary propaganda discourse"to"construction practice discourse","development and reform discourse",then to"governance construction discourse".Through continuous practice feedback and institutional innovation,it leads theoretical innovation.
