On Fighting against Qing at Sea in Chongzhen Period of the Ming Dynasty
Fighting against Qing at sea in the late Chongzhen period was an important part of Ming's maritime management.Among them,the establishment and abandonment of island troops,the command power of the water division changing from scattered to uniform,the"maritime front"based on the island settlement put forward by Wang Wuwei,Fan Zhiwan,Song Xian and others were the main content of"use sea"in this period.Although it could not save the fall of the Ming Dynasty,compared with the policies in the Tianqi period,the above measures presented new characteristics and had a great impact on the construction of the Yellow Sea and Bohai Sea coastal defense in the early Qing Dynasty.
