北宋熙河、秦凤地区茶马贸易及马匹比价方式演变研究

北宋对熙河、秦凤地区茶马贸易和马匹比价方式进行了多次调整.宋神宗时期主要实行"卖茶博马"法,设置了茶场司和买马司共同负责茶马贸易.茶场司以茶榷的茶息划拨给买马司充作买马本钱.买马司采用的马匹比价方式则经历了多次变革,大致以钱马—茶马—钱马—茶马的序列演进.宋哲宗时期,合并茶场司、买马司为茶马司,监牧、券马制度先后恢复,马匹比价制度先后执行了茶马和钱马的方式.宋徽宗时期施行了"用茶博马"法,茶马司以茶叶充作马本,买马时采取茶马比价方式,茶马贸易和马匹比价方式稳定成形.北宋茶马贸易和比价方式的探索在中国古代贸易制度史上具有重要的开创意义.
Abstract
In the Northern Song Dynasty,the Government adjusted the tea-horse trade and horse price setting way in Xihe and Qinfeng areas(熙河秦凤地区)for many times.During the Song Shenzong period,the way of"selling tea and buying horse"was implemented.The Song government set up a Tea Department and a Horse Buying Department to jointly take charge of the tea-horse trade.The Tea Department allocated the tea interest to the Horse Buying Department as the horse cost.The horse price setting way changed many times,as the sequence of money-horse,tea-horse,money-horse and tea-horse.In the Zhezong period,the government merged the Department of tea and horse into the Tea-Horse Department,the pastoral supervisor system and horse coupon system were restored successively,the horse price setting system implemented of tea-horse and money-horse.Huizong took the method of"using tea buy horses".Tea was used as the horse cost.The price setting was tea-horse.Tea-horse trade and horse price setting became stable in Huizong period,which had a creative significance in the history of ancient Chinese trade system.
