河西走廊在中国多民族空间内沟通中东部和西北边疆各民族,在欧亚大陆空间内联结中国西北和其他国家.汉朝深谙河西走廊这一"双重空间"重要枢纽所承载的法之精神,通过经略河西走廊、设置郡国、戍军屯田、移民实边等措施,一方面发掘边疆民族地区治理之法,推动中华文明多元互构统一的进程;另一方面发掘中西经贸交往与文化交流之法,在更大范围内促进经济、文化多元性持存与"天下"构想的结合.汉朝经略河西走廊之法对于今天铸牢中华民族共同体意识及推动构建人类命运共同体依然发挥积极效用.
Abstract
Hexi Corridor links the Zhongyuan(中原)and northwestern borderland peoples in the multi-ethnic space of China,as well as links other countries through northwestern borderland on Aisa-Europe continent.The Han Dynasty grasped the spirit of law which the Hexi Corridor represents as an important hub of the"double-space".By means of administration,setting up prefectures,garrisoning and farming,and immigration,the Han Dynasty explored the law of governing frontier minority areas to promote the progress of Chinese civilization as an unity in diversity,and explored the law of external exchange to promote the combination of economic-cultural diversity and the conception of"under the heaven".The law of governing Hexi Corridor by the Han Dynasty still makes significant contribution today to consolidating the sense of community for Chinese nation and building community with shared future.
