元代安西王府属官考论

元代安西王府属官设置,反映了安西王统治秦蜀地区的情况,也可由此审视元朝分封制度及王府设置情形.王相府为安西王政务机关及秦蜀地区最高军政机构,王相身兼辅佐安西王及行使地方权力双重职能.安西王府文职属官名称多袭自金朝,任职者多为地方儒士;武职属官多系从征秦蜀军帅家族成员.此外,王府尚有奥鲁赤、医药提举、掌祠事、经籍官、司天台判等特定职事设置.安西王府属官设置在地方层面复制朝廷的基本功能,是安西王特殊权力的体现.安西王府具有人才储备功能,王府属官不仅负责王府及其领地事务,也可出任地方官.至嗣王阿难答时期,王府属官任免受到中央乃至行省牵制,折射出安西王权力的升降.
Study on Officials of the Court of Anxi Prince in the Yuan Dynasty
The establishment of officials in the court of Anxi Prince reflects the Anxi prince's governance in the Shaanxi and Sichuan regions,providing insight into the feudal system and palace administration in the Yuan Dynasty.Wangxiangfu(王相府)was the government organ of Anxi prince(安西王)and the highest authority in Shaanxi and Sichuan area.Wangxiang had the dual functions of assisting Anxi Prince and exercising local military and political power.Civilian officials mostly used the official names of the Jin Dynasty most of them were local scholars with Confucian background;military officials were members of the officer families that participated the conquering of Shaanxi and Sichuan.In addition,Ahuruqči,and other officials in the court of Anxi Prince was set up to replicate the basic functions of the Khan's court at the local level.The court of Anxi Prince also had the function of reserving talents.Aside from serving the the court of Anxi Prince and its territory,the officials also can be appointed as local officials.By the period of A-nan-da,the appointment of officials was contained by the central govemment and even the province,which reflected the changes in the power of Anxi Prince.
