摘要
痴呆症照护会给家庭照顾者带来一系列身体、心理、社会相关的健康问题,选择合适的指标对照顾者的健康状况进行客观评估至关重要.本文从神经内分泌、免疫、心血管、神经认知和分子衰老几个方面综述了痴呆症家庭照顾者照顾负担的生物标志物,并对各指标的异质性进行了分析.鉴于痴呆症患病人数不断增加,家庭照顾负担重,完善现有的生物标志物检测方法、开发更合适的生物标志物,对于评价和维护家庭照顾者的健康有着十分重要的意义.
Abstract
Caring for dementia patients can impose a range of physical,psychological,and social health is-sues for family caregivers.Selecting precise indicators for the objective assessment of the health status is crucial for care-givers.In this review,the recent progress in biomarkers of caregiving burden in family caregivers for dementia patients is summarized,with an emphasis on neuroendocrinology,immunology,cardiovascular health,neurocognition,and molecu-lar aging.We also analyze the heterogeneity of the biomarkers.Given the increasing number of dementia cases and the heavy burden on family caregivers,improving existing methods for biomarker detection and developing more accurate bio-markers are of great importance for evaluating and maintaining the health of family caregivers.
